This custom approach to production allows us to provide distinctive designs while adhering to our commitment to sustainability. By creating products on demand instead of in bulk, we minimize overproduction, helping to protect the environment.
β’ Elegance Chic Pieces: Expect delivery within up to 14 days.
β’ Urban Elegance Pieces: Typically delivered between 3-9 days, although some orders may take up to 30 days depending on the complexity and customization involved.
Order Processing
β’ Orders are processed diligently within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. This timeframe allows us to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail for each custom-made item.
Shipping & Delivery
β’ We ship all orders through DHL, offering robust tracking and insurance to ensure security and accountability. Every package requires a signature upon delivery for added security.
β’ UK Delivery: Arrives within 24-48 hours after dispatch. A flat rate of Β£6.99 applies.
β’ International Delivery: Delivery times can vary widely based on the destination. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, not KDS Ketchure. Please reach out to us directly for specific shipping rates and additional information.
